Shipping, Return and Exchange Policy

SHIPPING POLICY

- Your will be dispatched within 6 business days of you placing the order and will reach you in another 4-6 business days after the date of dispatch. 

- Order can't be cancelled after 24 hours of placing the order or after an order is dispatched whichever comes before. 

EXCHANGE POLICY

In the event that you would like to exchange a product:

- Please email us at priyaagarwalastudio@gmail.com within 7 days of taking delivery, and inform us that you would like to do an exchange

- We will arrange a reverse pick up (please note that in some remote locations, the logistics companies do not offer reverse pick up services; for these locations, you will have to send the item back yourself)

- Please make sure the clothes are unworn and that the tags are still on the garments

- you will get a discount code of equal value as soon as the product reaches back to us and has been through a quality check (this has a validity of 10 months) 

- Only one exchange per order is permitted

- We do not do refunds.

DAMAGED ITEMS

Each item is inspected prior to shipping. In the rare case that an item arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the item. We will arrange a reverse pickup and replace the garment. The garment will have to be sent back to us with all tags still on and unworn. Absolutely no item will be replaced under the claim of damage if reported to us post the 24 hour period. 

THERE ARE NO EXCHANGES ON THE FOLLOWING:
- Custom made items
- Altered items
- Items altered at a 3rd party location
- Any SALE or discount item

CANCELLATIONS

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours. In order to cancel, please send us an email to us at email address: priyaagarwalastudio@gmail.com with subject line: "CANCEL ORDER <order number>"

Orders cannot be cancelled once they are shipped.
